Warehouse Cleaning is a service which usually incorporates an After Builders clean of the entire unit both internally and externally, following construction works. Internal cleaning would typically include all high level areas such as columns, beams, curtain walling and steelwork which are usually accessed using MEWPs. The main warehouse flooring is then given a professional clean using a ride-on scrubber dryer.

External façade cleaning usually involves a combination of jet washing by hand and reach and wash cleaning methods using our water-fed pole system.
While on site, our teams also usually carry out a Builders clean to the office and welfare areas of the warehouse unit including cleaning all wall tiles, wiping down/sanitising all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all flooring, etc.

We have qualified SSSTS Site Supervisors to lead our teams, as well as qualified First Aiders, and SMSTS qualified Site Managers for larger projects.
We are proud to have a 0% accident rate and maintain this by ensuring all of our teams are well trained and appropriately qualified. For high level cleaning, we have IPAF qualified operatives to operate MEWPs and PASMA qualified operatives to erect towers if and as required.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and collaboration of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 enables BRS to ensure that our clients continue to receive a consistent and high quality service.
