We are delighted to announce that we have been contracted a new builders cleaners to residential units project for our new client, Barratt Homes.
Following on from a successful Pre-order meeting this morning and after plenty of negotiation, we are really pleased to have been chosen by Barratt Homes for their project, Hendon Waterside located in Hendon, North London.
It is such an honour for our builders cleaners teams and us as a company to be working with the UK’s No1 House Builder.
Barratt Homes have participated in some of the largest developments in the nation. We feel honoured that our services, success and quality of service we provide has been recognised, which perused them to trusting us with one of their larger current project with an overall size of 2000 residential units.
The project consists of 47 one, two and three bedroom residential units stretched over five floors. The units range between £365,000 to £599,000 located Zone 3 and adjacent to the Welsh Harp Reservoir.
The residential units located with a reach to the West End and Bank in approximately 30 minutes by public transport insures easy access to Central London. The apartments are scheduled to be complete and ready for its residents in the summer this year. We are looking forward to building a strong relationship with Barratt Homes and we look forward to working with them on future projects.
