BRS have been awarded a professional builders clean to warehouse project in Crewe for growing construction firm, Glencar Construction.
The first phase of this project consists of 2 industrial warehouse units, the first 92,000 sq ft and the latter, 43,000 sq ft. Now that this phase has come to a completion, Glencar Construction have handed it over to our professional builders cleaners in Crewe who commenced works on site earlier this month.
The Crewe Commercial Development located at J16 of M6 comes with a flexible range of bespoke units to suit customer requirements.
With the presence of one of our teams of professional builders cleaners on site, the project is progressing well with positive feedback from site managers. We are to carry out internal builders cleaning including a sparkle clean to all offices areas as well as full external cleaning to the cladding and glazing to both units.
Our teams have all of the appropriate accreditation in order to carry out their works, from IPAF tickets to operate MEWPS, to PASMA to erect towers, Health and Safety is taken very seriously by BRS, and we only send teams who are experienced and know what they are doing. Our Supervisors are SSSTS qualified and are also First aiders, and all of our operatives hold a valid CSCS card.
While our professional builders cleaners continue with the internal cleans, our experienced external cleaners will continue with the external cladding and glazing cleaning which will be carried out via a combination of pressure washing and reach and wash cleaning, as required.
