We are really pleased to have been awarded two MOD projects for a long-lasting client of ours, Caledonian Modular.
Works have already started at the first project which is in Lyneham, Chippenham and the project involves a builders and sparkle clean of 5 buildings of Ministry of Defence accommodation for troops returning from overseas and relocating within the UK, containing 296 studios in total. This particular project is part of a £35m development where Kier (another client of our’s) is the main contractor. We are really happy to have been trusted again by Caledonian with another of their important ongoing projects.
Back in 2016 we successfully completed a similar project for Caledonian in Lyneham and this sparked a good positive relationship between us. We have since gone on to work on various projects with them and hopefully, our performance on this project will deem us worthy of being trusted with even more to come.
