Our teams of Builders cleaners in London have been working with GM Developments, a construction firm based in Wimbledon, to complete 9 luxury houses at their development in Putney, South East London.
Each plot was given a thorough Builders clean from top to bottom to include internal and external windows, frames and sills, doors, door frames, lights, light fittings, ceiling coving, switches and sockets, skirting boards, surfaces and flooring, taking care to remove excess paint splashes and dust. On completion of the initial Builders clean and following light snaggings by other trades, a Sparkle clean was carried out prior to handover ready for client occupation.
GM Developments, who are fast becoming recognised as a leading South West London builder, have been a client of our’s almost since day one and we have successfully carried out Builders cleans at a variety of their site locations across London including luxury mansions and townhouses in sought-after areas such as Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith, Kensington and Knightsbridge
Works at the Putney site were successfully completed in October 2015 with all parties happy.
Our team worked hard to make sure that all plots were finished on time so that they were ready for sale.
