New project for Countryside Properties Harlow, Essex

We are very excited to announce news of a new contract we have been awarded with national housebuilders Countryside Properties.

The project consists of 172 residential units and is located in Harlow, Essex.

The name of the project is “Newhall” and the area of “Newhall” itself is a large community and a new neighborhood that is being constructed just outside Harlow by various reputable developers including Countryside Properties, Bellway Homes, and Linden Homes. The first phase of homes at “Base at Newhall” will be available in 2019, with 700 properties in total to be built over the coming years. Harlow is situated in the outskirts of London, in Essex and as London continues to expand despite Brexit fears, occupies a very prominent position, with easy commutable access to London and the M25. Newhall is a significant urban extension to the town of Harlow. In the past few years, this area has welcomed many different construction contractors allowing Harlow to be a hot spot for property development at the moment.

The project which BRS cleaners are trusted with, is the second phase of their works at the Newhall development, Harlow and forms part of a 10-year ongoing project that Countryside Properties have won. Our works involve Builders and Sparkle clean of 172 units, combined houses, and flats with mixed tenure of privately owned and rented accommodation. BRS cleaners will undertake four cleans to each plot and works are scheduled to start in February 2019. The final handover date for the project is December 2020 and so it is likely BRS cleaners will remain on site until then. We hope that this project will be the start of a positive and lasting relationship with Countryside Properties.
