Small business campaign f:Entrepreneur has revealed its #ialso Top 100, a collection of 100 female entrepreneurs inspiring their peers and communities through their businesses and wider activities.
Included in the list is Hannah Uruci from Waltham Cross, who founded BRS Cleaning contractors in 2013. She was also listed for her hard work in many other campaigns such as shortlisted in NatWest Everywoman 2016, Winner at The Forward Ladies National Awards & Summit 2019 and as a winner for “Young Entrepreneur of the year” at the FSB Awards 2019.
Hannah is a part of the second #ialso Top 100, a campaign born from International Women’s Day 2018. During the event, the phrase used most by the gathered entrepreneurs was “I also…”, with each woman describing their work as being much more than a single-job career and more of a flexible portfolio.
On being listed in the #ialso Top 100, Hannah said:
“It’s a privilege to be recognised as one of this year’s f:entrepreneur top 100 and I can’t wait to connect with the other 99 phenomenal entrepreneurs”
The aim of f:Entrepreneur is to showcase multi-achieving women like Hannah in the #ialso Top 100, to provide lessons of challenge and success for all small business founders – both men and women.
The campaign is built around a program of content, stories and events including roundtables, Q&A sessions and panels as well as larger all-day events throughout the year. This year the campaign will be holding its biggest ever event in London in the week leading up to International Women’s Day.
Now in its fourth year, f:Entrepreneur is run by peak b, a campaigning organisation with a world class track record in conception, management and execution of high-profile, national campaigns particularly in the small business and enterprise sectors.
Both f:Entrepreneur and peak b were founded by Michelle Ovens MBE, who is also director of Small Business Saturday UK and chair of the Small Business Charter.
“I am delighted to reveal f:Entrepreneur’s second annual #ialso Top 100; the trailblazers demonstrating that entrepreneurialism is a space being reinvented by women. The stories of these women are incredibly inspirational and reach outside the traditional bounds of business, including a number of cancer survivors and careers, amongst many other people who do so much more than their day job.
“This is a campaign that highlights the work of incredible women, but it is not only aimed at inspiring other women. This is for men too; showing everyone that even in the toughest situations in life, it is entrepreneurs who are the people that not only survive but thrive, creating purposeful small businesses and supporting their communities every day.”
The f:Entrepreneur 2020 campaign is proudly sponsored by Tide.
Tide has made a bold commitment to supporting women in the UK in starting and running their own businesses. They have set themselves a target of helping 100,000+ female-led businesses start out by the end of 2023.

Michelle Ovens set up the f:Entrepreneur Campaign, which launched on International Womens Day 2017, because of the growing sense that there should be more recognition for the power women who run so many businesses in the UK.
The goal of the campaign is to celebrate the dynamic and inspirational businesses led by women in the UK.
It is aimed at both men and women, because everyone has something to learn from these stories of challenge and success.
Through events, content and story-telling, f:Entrepreneur showcases role models to help and inspire all small businesses.
About the #ialso Top 100
#ialso was born from a fabulous breakfast f:Entrepreneur hosted on International Women’s Day 2018 for 25 incredible people working in the world of empowering female entrepreneurs. When going around the table introducing, the words that were heard the most were I ALSO.
This was no round robin, run of the mill CVs, this was a table of incredible experience, courage, hard work and innovation and it made us think – is this a growing trend? Are we moving from the single job portfolio career to a world where it is ok to do many things, often interconnecting, at the same time across our work and personal spectrum – and be passionate about them all? We think it is something to be celebrated so the #ialso campaign was created.
The f:Entrepreneur #ialso Top 100 will celebrate and showcase amazing female entrepreneurs from all over the UK and is brought to you by the f:Entrepreneur campaign, run by peak b – an organisation with a world class track record in conception, management and execution of high profile, national campaigns particularly in the small business and enterprise sectors.
