Immediately after the completion of works at their Bedford site, we have begun works on another Readie site. We are really proud to have been trusted again with another Readie site, this time we have been trusted the Enfield Distribution Park, Reading. Readie Construction has been one of the long standing clients who we have worked with for many years. We have participated in some of their largest warehouse and industrial sites and upon the completion of works we continue to receive very positive feedback.
Enfield Distribution Park
The site consists of two warehouse units with two-story office accommodation and associated infrastructure to create a new logistics park. A project to Grafton Gate / Standard Life Aberdeen as the main client, with a value of £8m. With a 130,000sqft unit, we have been contracted to carry out both a Builders clean and a Sparkle clean. We will be carrying out internal and external cleaning of cladding using high pressure water as well as using cherry pickers throughout the site enabling us to reach the high-level cleanings. Each team will be associated with the required qualification such as CSCS card as well as fully trained first aider supervisor. The works have already started at the site and are due to be finished this month!
