BRS Cleaning Contractors have signed up to Trust Pilot, an independent reviewing site. This will give all of our customers the opportunity to leave a non-biased review which will be automatically published and immediately added to our Trust Pilot profile. Our management aim to respond to all feedback and will be keeping a careful watch out for any new reviews. This is a great opportunity for us to encourage our customers to leave feedback and for our customers to feel comfortable in doing so. It will enable us to continually track the performance of our teams and constantly improve our business as we continue to grow.
Our Trust Pilot profile will soon be fully integrated with our website so that all who view our site will be able to see the authenticity of our reviews. We are also offering incentives to our teams so that if anybody leaves a review in which a member of staff are named individually, the named member of staff will be awarded gift vouchers to spend at the retailer of their choice!
