Commercial development in Wokingham
What a week we have had so far. Two very important projects have been secured in a space of 5 days! Following on from our successful meeting a few days ago, we are delighted to have been awarded another contract and with this one, we welcome our newest client, McLaughlin & Harvey. McLaughlin & Harvey are a National Building and Civil Engineering firm founded in 1853. They operate all over UK and Ireland and their head offices located in Mallusk, Belfast. Another significant construction firm has noticed our potential and experience on the field by trusting us with this major new built site.
They have participated in some of the largest projects in the UK including, Stena Line Terminal in Belfast, Critical Care Building at the Royal Victoria Hospital and also in 2018 they won the contract to help develop Liverpool’s new £50 million cruise terminal and many more. This time they have trusted us with Builders & Sparkle Cleaning package at their new mixed-use residential and commercial development in Wokingham of a value of £38M to the main contractor.
This includes a Premier Inn Hotel, a cinema, an Aldi supermarket and 43,000sqft of various other restaurants and retail outlets, as well as offices and residential accommodation.
