Builders cleaning project of 130 residential units
We are really excited to be working again with national house builders, Taylor Wimpey. This time they have trusted us with their upcoming project and in Haywards Heath, Sussex. We have been contracted to carry out four cleans – a builders clean, 2 re-cleans and a final sparkle clean at this development of 130 residential units. The project is a range of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes, set within the stunning village setting of Lindfield in Haywards Heath, with prices starting from £329,000. As usual, our teams of builders cleaners will work hard to ensure all plots are left sparkling clean prior to client occupation.

With not many days left before the launch of the first show plot and marketing suite, our teams are working very hard to make sure that we hit our first agreed deadline of 27th of April 2019.
We do have a limited time to finish all 130 plots but BRS have never failed to meet a client’s handover date and we are determined to maintain this achievement.
The majority of our clients are based in the South of the UK in areas such as London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Surrey, Kent and Sussex, and thanks to the consistent hard work of our teams of Builders cleaners, we are rapidly becoming known as a trusted Builders Cleaning contractor in these areas and beyond.
