Following the successful completion of previous Builders clean projects for HG in Richmond, Kingston and Cambridge, BRS cleaners are soon to undertake another project, this time in Ladywell, London, worth £8M to HG. The main client for this project is Blomfield International Enterprises and the project consists of retail and communal spaces to ground floor over 5 levels.
The site is located in a popular and vibrant part of Ladywell, London which is ever improving through continued regeneration and combined with the good transport links means the site is ideally located for a student.
Our works at this site will involve Builders cleaning a new build 92 bed student accommodation building with commercial & communal space on the ground floor. HG Construction ,
BRS cleaners will undertake Builders and Sparkle cleans to all studios, communal areas and retail areas which include a gym, kitchen and other shared welfare areas.
We have had a really positive experience working with HG so far – all works for them have been signed off and approved, flats were handed over on time and the project was completed within budget. We have had great feedback for our cleaners and supervisors who attended site and HG have been a great company to work with.
Builders cleaning in Ladywell will commence in May 2018 and we are currently pricing for other projects for HG in London.
