Following on from 2 successful meetings last week, BRS have been awarded 2 new significant projects with Builders cleaning for Readie Construction. Readie is a longstanding client of ours who have trusted our Builders cleaning services for several years now.
The first project that Readie have awarded us with is the Builders cleaning contract at a new build industrial unit at Prologis Park in Uxbridge, London which totals 273,178 sq ft. Prologis Park is currently the largest of its kind in West London and is a phenomenal distribution of developments which will welcome many worldwide organisations to settle and make this their home. Its a privilege to be part of such a project and to leave our mark as reputable Builders cleaners in West London. Our team of Builders cleans have already started works and the cleaning will include a full professional After Builders clean to the warehouse and office areas including internal high-level areas such as cladding, steelwork, columns and beams, and external windows and cladding. External areas will be cleaned via a combination of cleaning methods using our reach and wash system and pressure washer. Works are expected to be intense considering the size of the site and our imminent deadline. However, BRS have proven in the past that we can meet tight deadlines and are confident that we will continue to deliver such projects as this one on time and to our usual high standards.
In the same week, Readie have trusted us with another of their projects, this one being a development of 3 warehouse and office units with a total of 171,000 sq ft of combined warehouse space and a total of 9000 sq ft of office space. The Wellington Trilogy is a development area located in Fradley Park, Lichfield. 3 warehouses – Perseus, Pegasus and Merlin are to undergo one of our professional Builders cleans by our teams of professional Builders cleaners.
The office spaces in each of the units will also be given a thorough Builders clean followed by a final sparkle clean. Our teams of Builders cleaners have arrived at the site earlier today, and works are now well underway, following the induction of our staff on site by Readie site management.
All of our teams are currently busy focusing on Builders cleaning at some of the most important live projects we have undertaken. With five significant huge warehouse projects and smaller industrial projects live at once, as well as various other projects across different sectors, this showcases our ability to handle many projects simultaneously while still ensuring to meet deadlines. It also demonstrates the experience that BRS Cleaning Contractors have in After Builders cleaning and warehouse and industrial cleaning specifically.
