Completion of After Builders cleaning phase one project at the new DHL distribution centre.
We can now confirm the completion of phase one and phase two at the new DHL distribution centre at Segro Park in Barking. Works commenced as a result of our successful performance during our previous Builders Cleaning contract for the first phase of the project. Click here to read more about our services.
The first phase was completed earlier this year in June 2019 and our team worked hard to handover the project on time. The site was impressed with the service carried out by our team of Builders cleaners which lead to us being contracted with the remaining final two phases, a project stretching over 44,000 sqft with a value of £10,200,000 to the main client.
The site consists of integral ground and first-floor offices totaling 8,000ft2, 4 no dock levelers and 31 no level access doors. It has been great to work with A & H again on this project and we are proud that we were able to complete works to a high standard to the satisfaction of their main client, global logistics company DHL. We look forward to working with A & H again on future Builders cleaning projects!
