During these uncertain times, businesses are fighting for survival. BRS are working hard to continue to deliver our services in a safe manner and to look after our staff. Despite fears of the construction industry slowing down, we are pleased to still e securing new projects. One such project is the Builders Clean package to Gateway in Doncaster for one of our longstanding clients, Readie Construction.

Our teams first arrived at this site back in June for a small clean and our productivity and professionalism on site did not go unnoticed, and lead to us being invited to tender for the main builders clean package.
With an overall size of 408,961 sq ft, the project consists of:
- 20,667 sq ft office areas
- 4,994 sq ft Hub office areas
- 383,000 sq ft Warehouse area
- 300 sq ft Gatehouse

Works at this project commenced mid summer of 2019 and our cleaners are now to commence working on 12th of October. Due to the recent regulations in regards to social-distancing, our supervisors and their teams are being extra caution by using appropriate PPE at all times.
As part of the builders cleaning package, our builders cleaners are to carry out high level cleaning, cleaning to internal and external cladding as well as the office areas.
