Earlier this week, after much discussion with Shanly Homes, it was confirmed that our team of Builders cleaners have been trusted with a new project, a Builders clean to 182 residential plots at a site situated in Maidenhead.

Shanly Homes are an award winning house builder based in the South-East founded in 1969 who continue to develop high-specification, sustainable, architecturally innovative homes. Their developments have been recognised and valued by prestigious national estate agents providing continues business for them.

The start of our relationship as a business with Shanly Homes dates back to 2018 where we were trusted with 32 luxury apartments in Surrey, where we carried out an After builders clean and sparkle clean to each apartment, including communal areas. The results achieved were stunning and carried out with the usual passion and professionalism of our cleaners.

Our team of qualified and professional builder cleaners will commence works on site next month. Safety procedures have been put in place for our cleans based on current government guidelines with regards to looking after our staff, social distancing, etc, in consideration of current circumstances resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. It is going to be a challenge for our cleaners and especially our supervisors to manage timescales during these unprecedented times but, we are confident that our supervisors will be able to deliver our usual high standards and to assist Shanly with delivering their project on time.
