The Harris Business Park, Ipswich
We are delighted to have been trusted again with another major project for Readie construction – the third project in the past month alone. The Harris Business Park, located in Ipswich, is expected to be operational in mid 2020. The main client, Headlam Group is the largest distributor of floor coverings, providing the link between suppliers and customers across the UK and continental Europe. The unit is around 200,000 sqft, and BRS have been contracted to carry out the full professional builders cleans package to internal, external areas and a sparkle clean to the office areas. This project is separated into two phases , and BRS have been awarded both phases. The works will commence on the 2nd of January and are expected to last for around 4 months.
Warehouse Unit, Brunel Road, Reading.
Another project for Readie has been awarded to us this week. This particular project consists of a warehouse unit located in Brunel Road, Reading with a total size of 13,595 m2 of warehouse and office space. Our builders cleaners are going to carry out the a professional builders clean at this site also. This will be applied to external and internal areas of both warehouse and office areas. A final Sparkle clean will then be carried out to the office areas. Works are expected to commence in the new year.
