BRS are very excited to announce that construction giant ISG will be using our Builders cleaning and Sparkle cleaning services again. This particular project was awarded to ISG back in 2018 when they were commissioned to deliver brand new headquarters for TJX Europe, the operator of the TK Maxx and Homesense chains located in Watford. We have worked with ISG on previous projects, but on a much smaller scale so we are really pleased to be trusted this time with one on a larger scale which will give us the opportunity to show them what our teams of experienced Builders cleaners can do.

TK Maxx headquarters, Watford
The project is estimated to be worth over £70 Million to the main contractor and will consist of 12 floors with an overall size of 210,000 sq ft. The building will mainly contain open-plan office accommodation, with a large double-height atrium reception space and extensive staff amenities. The new building will also include a basement car park for 100 cars and 210 bikes.

The construction phase has now been completed and our builders cleaners are scheduled to commence works on site this November with works expected to last until summer next year.
