BRS Cleaning Contractors have been awarded with another builders and sparkle clean for our long standing client of ours, Countryside Properties. The recently built Watermark development is a collaboration between Countryside Properties and The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
The Watermark Development has the main benefit of having fantastic connectivity into Central London from Maidenhead reaching Paddington as little as 23 minutes by train also reach Heathrow in 23 min by car. This development consists of 146 plots that have been contracted to us to carry out the full builders and sparkle clean package. In addition, this development also consists of nearly 30,000 sq ft of retail space with a diverse selection of retail shops turning this into a vibrant place to meet friends and relax.

Watermark Development is a stunning new collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments located within Maidenhead Town Centre. Perfectly situated in an area of natural beauty with excellent transport links into London.
As requested by Countryside Properties, BRS arranged a team of our builders cleaners to commence working on site last week marking the start of another important project for our client. We are determent and our cleaners are working really hard to maintain the highest cleaning standards.
