We are very excited to welcome Wates Group as our newest client in our ever growing family. Earlier this month, we were approached by the surveyor of this project requesting a quotation for builders & sparkle clean to Matthew Arnold School. To be trusted with a builders & sparkle clean for Wates Group is such a great achievement for our company as we are now transitioning from putting ourselves on the builders cleaners map to now aiming to work with the construction giants all around the UK.
A team of our builders cleaners operating in London are scheduled to commence working on this site latter this month and the works are expected to last for around five months.
This particular project underlies under the program of the Department for Education to construct a new school building for the 900-capacity secondary school. A project with a value of £17.8m were appointed to Wates who has now trusted our professionalism and our ability to successfully delivering a project this size at the highest cleaning standards in the industry.

The Matthew Arnold School is a co-educational 11-16 facility founded in 1975 and located on Kingston Road in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, London.
The new Matthew Arnold School, located in Staines-upon-Thames is to replace all of the school’s current facilities including administration offices, main hall, kitchen and dining space, teaching areas for technology, art, science, IT and music plus learning resource spaces and a new, modern school entrance. Only the gym and drama department will be retained within existing buildings.
The project is being funded by the government’s Priority School Building Programme 2 (PSBP2) which aims to rebuild or replace the schools in the worst condition across the UK. We hope this project will mark the start of a very long standing relationship between the two companies.
