BRS Cleaners have successfully completed a Builders cleaning contract worth £2.9M to the main contractor, our client – HG Construction in Kingston, London. The project was handed over to Pocket Living, the main client, a Covent Garden based developer, this March 2018.
Our cleaners undertook the cleaning of a five-storey brick building in Cowleaze Road, Kingston consisting of 27 residential units – 21 one-bedroom pocket units and 6 two-bedroom open market Pocket Edition apartments.
Our cleaning involved a thorough after builders clean and final sparkle clean and our cleaners worked hard to make sure the buildings were ready to welcome new occupants.
HG Construction Ltd was incorporated in 1982, formerly part of the Hunting Gate Group of Companies, until purchased early in 2000 by its existing directors. The company, a regional contractor administered from its Head Office in Hitchin, covers a large geographic area from The Midlands, East Anglia and Greater London to the South Coast. With the experience of their management teams, they to offer clients a full service from project conception to final handover on many and varied types of contract ranging from residential, whether that is private for sale or student accommodation through health and education to industrial and commercial facilities.
BRS have enjoyed working with HG on a range of different projects at various locations including Kingston, Richmond, Cambridge and Stratford and following the successful completion of Builders cleaning works at these sites, we are looking forward to continuing working with them on further projects in London and surrounding areas this summer.
