After another successful meeting earlier this morning, we can now confirm that BRS have been awarded another project for Telford Homes.
This is the second project in a row that we will be carrying out for Telford. We are really excited to work in this project for Telford Homes again as they are a rapidly growing housing developer, with new sites popping up all over London.
Our success with being awarded this contract comes largely as a result of our team’s strong performance on our last project for Telford at St Paul’s Way, Bow where we carried our Builders, Sparkle, and re-cleans to 112 plots and a mosque and school area.
The new project is located in South Kilburn, North London. The site is an existing 1960s building built by Gloucester and Durham Court and now consists of 235 new-build flats. Our contract is to carry out 3 cleans to each unit – an initial After Builders clean, a Sparkle clean and a final pre-occupation clean, including a thorough clean of all external windows by hand. The site has a capacity of 90 car spaces with 24 being disabled parking and 20% having electric car charging points available, with provision for a further 20% in the future. The works are scheduled to commence in November and we have already assigned our teams of builders cleaners for this site.
Great to be working with Telford again!
