We are very excited to announce a new project with a new client, 71 new build flats for national house builder, Hill Group. Hill are an award-winning 5 star house builder who are renown for creating a range of beautiful new homes across London and the South East.
They build over 2,000 homes each year with 1,000 clients and partners in the affordable housing sector. Hill has participated in some of the largest housing developments in the UK so we are really excited to add them to our client list.
Builders & Sparkle Clean Package
Following a successful pre-order meeting between our director Bledi and trainee Business manager Kljadi, and the Hill site managers and surveyors, it was confirmed that BRS have been trusted with this new project, located in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
With 71 new build flats for Hill Group scheduled to be completed by the end of the summer this year, our teams of Builders cleaners in Hertfordshire have commenced works today and are expected to be present on site until it is ready for its residents.
The scope of works for BRS consists of carrying out Builders and Sparkle cleans to seventy-one 2 bed apartments and communal areas, including internal and external windows and frames.
As the construction industry begins to re-open, BRS are working hard to adapt to new changes in legislation by ensuring that we carefully co-ordinate our works around others, prepare Covid-19 risk assessments and brief our teams accordingly, and put any other appropriate safety measures in place, in keeping with evolving Government guidelines.
As always, a SSSTS trained Supervisor and First Aider will accompany our Builders cleaning teams at all times in order to continuously monitor quality, performance and health and safety .
