Yes, we are fully insured. We have Public Liability insurance to the value of £5M and Employer’s Liability insurance to £10M.

Yes, we are a VAT registered company.

We offer bespoke rates which vary depending on factors such as location, scope of works, condition of property/premises/site, etc so please contact us for a tailored quote.

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our cleaning services (except for when our cleaners are operating on day rate). This means that for price work, our team of cleaners will stay until the client is satisfied. For Builders cleaning, all of our supervisors have Client satisfaction sheets with them and our clients are given the opportunity to fully inspect the works carried out, and to sign the sheet once they approve.

For smaller jobs such as one-off cleans to a single property, we are able to price based on the information that you would provide to us during a telephone discussion or by email.

However for larger cleans and projects such as Builders cleans, we prefer to visit site where possible to gain a better understanding of your requirements and to assist with our pricing.

We are national Builders cleaners and so for Builders cleaning and similar services such as Warehouse cleaning and Industrial cleaning, we offer national coverage for larger projects.
For smaller Builders cleaning projects we typically cover a 100 mile radius of London and for one-off cleans such as End of tenancy cleans, we typically cover a 70 mile radius of London.
For contract cleaning, we can offer national coverage depending on the scope of works, so please enquire.
